What makes this different from hiring an SDR? +
An SDR executes a strategy you give them. We build the strategy and then execute it. You're not managing us — we're thinking like an owner about your GTM. And unlike a full-time hire, there's no recruiting, onboarding overhead, or severance if things change.
What's the difference between a product launch and pipeline repair engagement? +
A launch engagement starts from scratch — we define who you're selling to, craft the messaging, and build the outbound motion. A pipeline repair engagement starts with an audit of what already exists, identifies what's broken, and rebuilds from there. Both end in the same place: qualified meetings on your calendar.
Do I need to have my messaging figured out already? +
No — and we'd caution you not to over-invest in it before we talk. Messaging that looks good in a deck often falls flat in the market. We develop and test messaging as part of the engagement, so it's shaped by real buyer reactions, not assumptions.
Do I need any tools or a CRM? +
No. We handle all the infrastructure — outreach platform, contact data, sequencing. If you have an existing CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce, we can log activity there. If you don't, we provide clear weekly reporting so you always know where the pipeline stands.
How long does an engagement last? +
We work in focused 3-month sprints. That's long enough to build real momentum, test and refine the motion, and get meaningful results — without locking you into a long-term contract you can't get out of. Most clients continue after the first sprint.
